The Netterville's have lived on Lake Bruin since 1979, and when property values began to climb our only marina sold to private owners and we no longer had fuel available to our lake residents, that is when we decided to open Netterville Landing and since selling real estate is also a family business the two just seemed to work well together. Over the years we have added on to the facility and increased the services we offer but we have never changed from our original goal of providing a necessary service to our lake residents in a family friendly environment.
We raised our three children on the banks of Lake Bruin and take pride in passing on our passion of lake living to our community.
Richard and Jane Netterville have three children and two grandchildren so far. Daughter Pamela and her husband James "Bud" Grady reside in Tallulah where Pamela has a successful law firm, Crews-Grady PLLC, practicing in Mississippi and Louisiana, and Bud is a grain trader with Hansen-Mueller and farmer. Son Robert is the mastermind of the General Store and oversees all its operations and is very involved in the Real Estate Agency. Daughter Melanie and her husband Kody Beavers reside in Fort Necessity where they have their own farm & cattle operation.
The workers are all considered family and often are cousins, nephews and nieces.
